What We Prohibit

Violations of these guidelines may result in immediate action:

Harassment & Bullying

Any form of intimidation, threats, stalking, targeted harassment, or hate speech directed at individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Inappropriate Content

Sharing sexually explicit, pornographic, or graphically violent material. This includes nudity, sexual solicitations, or content that promotes exploitation of any kind.

Impersonation

Pretending to be someone else—including real people, celebrities, or other Chat-Super users. Creating fake accounts for deceptive purposes is strictly prohibited.

Spam & Promotion

Sending unsolicited commercial messages, advertising products or services, promoting external websites or social media accounts, or using automation (bots) to interact with users.

Fraud & Scams

Any attempt to deceive users for financial gain, including phishing, advance-fee fraud, romance scams, or requests for money, gift cards, or other valuables.

Privacy Violations

Sharing others' personal information without consent (doxxing), requesting private details like home addresses or financial information, or attempting to move conversations to unmoderated platforms to circumvent rules.

Illegal Activities

Any content or behavior that violates laws or regulations, including drug trafficking, terrorism, child exploitation, or instructions for committing crimes.

Self-Harm & Suicide

Content that promotes or encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. We encourage users in crisis to seek professional help and will provide resources when such content is detected.

Enforcement Process

We use a combination of automated systems and human moderators to review reported content and behavior. Enforcement actions are determined based on severity, context, and user history. Possible actions include:

  • Warning: Notification of violation with guidance to correct behavior.
  • Temporary Suspension: Account restriction for a specified period (hours to days).
  • Permanent Ban: Complete removal from the platform for severe or repeated violations.
  • Content Removal: Deleting specific messages, media, or profile elements that violate guidelines.

You may appeal certain actions through our support team. Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator than the one who took the original action.

As a Chat-Super user, you agree to:

  • Read and understand these community guidelines
  • Follow all applicable laws while using our platform
  • Report violations you witness through available tools
  • Respect moderator decisions and enforcement actions
  • Keep your account information accurate and up to date
  • Not attempt to circumvent restrictions or bans
